Always good to be living walking distance from a Trader Joe’s. A store that I really enjoy :-)
View from my friend’s apartment in Seattle, WA. Quite nice to look out over the water in the morning and at night. Sure, the visible road might be a little noisy at times…
Summer Plans
Sweet! The semester is over :-) … Though, this doesn’t mean that work ends. In fact, I will stay busy conducting research and for the summer I will be coaching rowing in Seattle, WA.
I look forward to a busy and exciting summer.
Once in a while you find yourself in an odd situation. You get into it by degrees and in the most natural way but, when you are right in the midst of it, you are suddenly astonished and ask yourself how in the world it all came about.

Spending time in my home town – Falkenberg, Sweden – has been quite pleasant. Besides meeting up with family and friends, I have experienced a “real” winter… The temperature is currently drifting between -10C and -20C, and snow keeps falling on a daily basis :-) Good stuff!!
Dec 13: Two of my nieces – dressed as saints – celebrating Santa Lucia. A nice Swedish tradition… Something my sisters and I did as youngsters as well.
